Bread Mold
There are many types of the fungus which are commonly found on the wet places. The Bread Mold is type of the fungus which is often found on the breads’ surfaces. Bread mold are the parasite which capture the resource of the bread and insert the food into them, eventually Bread molds damage the food or bread. There are many other results of the Bread molds’ attack among them they change the taste of the bread and cause for many types of the diseases if any one eats this damaged bread. There are many other places at where Bread Molds can be found. In the battle of the industry they behave as the decomposers which disintegrate plants and animals.
The life cycle of the Bread Molds is very simple. As the wind blown spores Bread Molds appear on the roof of the bread. If there are moistures on the roof of the bread then Bread Molds grow and this loops until the required population rate is not achieved. If this desired population is achieved then the Bread Molds birth their children. These children some times are called conidia which contain spores. These spores are inflated by wind and diverge to other bread surfaces.
There are different types of the Bread Molds and they are also different in species, shapes, and color even. Most common Bread Molds are Penicillium, Aspergillus, Rhizopus, Monascus, and Fusarium. In the case of the Penicillium Molds, normally these appear in the color of green and gray. Aspergillus Molds’ matter they come out in the form of alikeness to Penicillium to the naked eyes. When these are examined they are looked by the microscope different.
There are many students are demanding how to see Bread Molds. For this purpose there is a need of the experiment which is small to exercise. In this exercise there is need of bread’s slice and then moisten it gently and slightly. After it put off that slice in the place where there is no probability of the drying up. After two or three there will be Bread Molds on the roof of the slice which will be seen by the naked eyes.
The Bread Molds are normally found into the air and the bread can be captured easily. For the prevention from the Bread Molds there are many tips and sounds are sounding by the experts. They are sounding to cook the food at 400oC temperature or save the bread with tiny amount of the chemical which should not harmful for the health.
